I am confident that there could be a nice pop to say $.30 on some positive news. In the meantime I would recommend selling ASAP on Wednesday and buying back in preferably around $.05 on late Friday afternoon. There is a court date next Wednesday so it is likely that there will be accumulation in the early part of next week. The safer bet might me the preferred stock although it may be hard...

It's sad if you sell at a loss, but if you ride it out then you will win. Isn't it the point to sell when you are up? I recently rode out some short selling prior to earnings and sold at about .014 and can probably do the same at the end of this quarter. I think it is likely though that it will rise up above .01 following some production results, or godwilling, a financing deal for the 3...

- I didn't like the fact that CNBC would not let you trade stocks with a marketcap of less than 100 million. As a former smoker I agree that tobacco is recession-proof from the standpoint that nothing supresses hunger like a cigarette. Of course if you eat less and smoke more then you are pretty much guaranteed to die, but hunger also keeps you from thinking straight eventually leading you to smoke. This comment could also be published as a book on how to quit smoking.
